Relief
Hugh appeared in the television broadcasts for Comic Relief in 1988 and 1989. He made two contributions to the broadcast on Red Nose Day 1997: He selected his favorite comedy film - This Is Spinal Tap - for the "Comic Relief Goes to the Movies" segment, and his band, Poor White Trash, backed host Lenny Henry on the songs "Shake a Tail Feather" and "Love Train."
